4th Grade Performance

Last Thursday we enjoyed a rousing performance by the 4th grade classes at the Elementary School.   They sang seven songs - mostly in Spanish - and performed various feats of latin dance. A stunned us all with her solo performance - she was fantastic, though being mono-lingual we did not know what she said/sang.  Every photo that I took that evening turned out very blurry due to the 4 year old hanging on my arm pleading with me to please, please let him dance with the girls.  So here are the only 2 pics that turned out (though still sightly fuzzy) - the fam in the school auditorium!

Please notice A's super cool shoes!

How fun, are your kids in a Spanish/English school? I grew up in Orem and the Elementary I went to had a Spanish Emersion program. It was neat. Later in High School I got to be really good friends from that class, and she still spoke fluent Spanish and spent and entire summer in Argentina.

P.s I am not that talented I swear... Run and hair that is it for sure. I'm not even sure I am that good at either one...

I'm glad to know that A attends Sanders Corner Elementary. I too wish that I was coming out there with mom. We miss you guys!
And Janice--based on your cute hair and your St. George time, I think you must be good at both.

Hey Janice - it isn't a spanish/english school so much as a school that has a progressive language program! And you are being too modest!
